Order help
For help with an order, include the email address used at checkout and the Stripe receipt or order reference if available. Tell us what happened and what resolution you are requesting.
- Do not send a full card number, card security code, password, Social Security number, or identity document.
- For shipping-address changes or cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible.
- For damage, an incorrect item, or a print concern, keep the item and packaging and include clear photos when practical.
Product and custom-printing questions
Contact us before ordering if you need help with sizing, garment color, a product detail, or a custom-printing request. Custom work is reviewed for artwork readiness, production fit, quantity, timing, and the customer's authority to use the submitted material before it is accepted.
