Store operator and acceptance
This storefront is operated by Great North Sellers LLC d/b/a Transfer Thread. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the posted Privacy, Shipping, and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policies. If you do not agree, do not use checkout. Custom-design briefs and paid creative projects are also subject to the separately accepted Custom Design Service Terms.
Products and made-to-order production
Transfer Thread offers graphic apparel and custom-printing services. Product pages identify the design, garment color, size, current price, and available options. Screen settings, normal garment variation, and the printing process can cause modest differences in color, placement, and appearance. Review the product details and size information before ordering.
Checkout and order acceptance
Direct website checkout is processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and be authorized to use the chosen payment method. Receiving a checkout confirmation does not override inventory, security, address, pricing, or production review.
An order may be declined, canceled, or refunded when it cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing or catalog error, fails payment or security review, uses an invalid promotion, requests an unsupported destination, or involves unlawful or unauthorized material.
Prices, taxes, shipping, and promotions
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before checkout.
- Applicable tax and the configured shipping charge are calculated and displayed during secure checkout.
- When a promotion is offered, eligibility, limits, expiration, and one-use controls are enforced at checkout.

Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change or cancellation. A request is not guaranteed because a made-to-order item may already be in production or an order may already be with the carrier. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled and must be handled under the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Customer-supplied artwork and instructions
If you submit artwork, names, logos, photographs, text, or other material for custom printing, you represent that you own it or have permission to reproduce it for the requested use. You remain responsible for spelling, content, and approvals. Transfer Thread may refuse material that appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or unsuitable for production.
Design-service pricing, revision limits, AI-assisted creation, customer permissions, and rights in approved commissioned artwork are governed by the Custom Design Service Terms.
The finished-artwork upload path accepts one 8-bit RGBA PNG with genuine transparency. Customer-supplied artwork must supply at least 300 pixels for every requested print inch and fit the stated 12 × 14 inch maximum production area. We prefer 600 pixels per print inch and target a 600-PPI production master during final preparation. A white, black, checkerboard, or other visible background is not transparency.
Automated intake checks and successful receipt do not constitute production approval. We separately review resolution, transparent edges, fine geometry, color, garment compatibility, placement, and printability. If repair, recreation, or design work is needed, we will explain the issue and obtain approval for any additional charge before doing that work.
You grant Transfer Thread a limited license to privately store, inspect, process, reproduce, and print the submitted material only as reasonably needed to evaluate and fulfill your request, maintain operational records, protect the service, and comply with law.
Intellectual property
Transfer Thread branding, original artwork, product presentation, copy, and site content are owned by Great North Sellers LLC d/b/a Transfer Thread or used with permission. Buying an item does not transfer the underlying artwork or grant a right to copy, manufacture, distribute, or commercially exploit it. Rights in final artwork commissioned and fully paid for through a custom-design project are instead governed by the Custom Design Service Terms. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use and third-party services
Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout or security controls, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape the service abusively, or use the site for unlawful activity. Stripe, Cloudflare, shipping carriers, and other providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Service availability and applicable rights
We work to keep product, inventory, price, and site information accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error can be prevented. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. These Terms are interpreted under applicable law.
